## Summary

Presence is an independent web engineering studio. We serve small businesses that are routinely overcharged and underserved by an industry that treats them as afterthoughts. We don't. Every site we build is engineered to be fast, discoverable, and durable, not assembled from off-the-shelf templates that break on the first plugin update.

### Longevity
Clean code over brittle "drag-and-drop" plugins. We do not assemble sites from aging WordPress plugin stacks that accumulate security vulnerabilities and technical debt.
We write code that is maintainable and built on standards that will still be valid years from now. When a CMS is appropriate, we select modern, lightweight options like Sveltia CMS, not legacy monoliths.
